Summer Solstice Workshop & Celebration!! Friday evening, we will be at the studio to practice kundalini yoga and soak up the energy of the solstice by chanting and connecting with our souls and the universe. 2.5 Hours 6:00 pm-8:30 pm
Saturday Morning will take place in the forest (SPOT TBD ) for yoga in nature, connection to Mother Earth by ceremony, hugging trees, and experiencing the forest in silence on a meditation walk. 2.5 Hours 9:30am-12 pm
