Awakening is a meditation center based in the ancient vedic teachings of yoga for spiritually conscious awakened living. Summer Solstice invites us into a new season, a time of deep nourishment, and expansion. As we learn to release all that no longer serves, we can begin to experience the radiance of our own essence of being and bring that light and luminosity forth into the world.
All are warmly welcome to join the Awakening community for our annual Summer Solstice Women's Circle on Thursday, June 20 from 6:00-8:00 PM.
Julie Darshini H., senior Kriya Yoga and meditation teacher, Krista Kiaha RYT 200, and our Kirtan musicians will guide us through an evening that will allow the mind to become ever so quiet so we can access the intuitive wisdom within us.
Our time together will include restorative yoga, chanting, guided meditation, inspiration, connection, and more. No experience is needed. Offered on a donation basis with a suggested donation of $20.
