Join Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country for an intimate open-air wine dinner in partnership with Williamson Wines on Thursday, June 19 at 6:30 PM in our Knights Valley Garden.
This thoughtfully curated multi-course experience highlights the flavors of Sonoma through seasonal ingredients, elevated culinary technique, and expertly paired Williamson Wines selections. Guests will enjoy a sparkling wine welcome reception, a refined four-course dinner, and the opportunity to connect with the Williamson Wines team throughout the evening while learning more about the inspiration, varietals, and pairings behind each pour.
