Directions:
Look for the wild wellness sign.
Park on the road.
Walk through the open gate on your right by the large greenhouse. DO NOT go down the main driveway by the house this is not the right entrance. If you end there, turn around and look for the gate (now on your left-hand side).
Walk past the greenhouse and look for our circle space in the field.

What To Bring:
-a mug
-a full water bottle to stay hydrated
-a yoga mat and pillow to sit on
-a blanket or shawl to stay cozy
-a journal and pen
-a rattle or drum if you have one

How To Prepare:
You will receive a ceremonial dose of cacao. To receive its full benefits eat light the day of the event and fast for 2 hours beforehand. Drink lots of water throughout the day and spend time outside connecting with nature if possible.
About Cacao:
I will be serving you ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatamala, the brand is Lava Love. It is made in ceremony and in right relationship with the spirit of the plant and the land. This is a high-frequency cacao and comes straight from the lineage of the medicine. Cacao beans are naturally high in minerals, especially manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc. In addition to minerals, cocoa also contains some caffeine and theobromine.
Contraindications:
If you are on anti-depressants or pregnant please message me so that we can discuss if cacao is safe for you. Cacao is contraindicated with some anti-depressants, especially MAOIs and some SSRIs.

About Colleen:
Colleen Reid is a medicine woman and ceremonialist, holding space for women and men in sacred circles to guide them to their wild and instinctual nature. She is the Creatrix of SHE IS WILD FEST and Wild Wellness, an artist and songstress. Colleen also teaches the Wheel Of Life, a 6-month mentorship in cross-cultural shamanism and a life-changing experience in reclaiming your power. Her work is focused on reconnecting the individual to themselves by reconnecting them with nature, ceremony and the warrior within.
