Together, we’ll journey through meditation, sound frequency integration, and aromatherapy in a deeply grounding and restorative experience designed to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner light. As you rest within the healing vibrations of sound, you’ll be supported in cultivating empowerment, alignment, and trust within yourself.
We’re also incredibly honored to welcome special guest facilitator Natoya Nalani for this intentional collaboration. ✨ Natoya creates immersive sound experiences designed to help women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and restore balance through vibration, breath, and deep relaxation. Her sessions blend calming sound bowls, guided meditation, and nervous system support into an experience that feels both grounding and deeply renewing.
