Summer Solstice: Slow Flow to Yin with Guided Meditation & Sound Bowl Healing

As the longest day of sunlight approaches, we stand at the threshold of transitioning from the darkness of winter into the vibrant light of summer. Celebrate with movement, stillness and awareness as we shed what no longer serves us and move into the light of the new season.

Join Tal and Dee as we welcome the new season with this all-levels HOT yoga class.

We will start the class with getting centered, setting intentions and releasing what is no longer servings us. Complimenting your practice, you will be guided by the lovely Dee and her crystal sound bowls. With the frequency of the bowls, connecting your breath and the movement of your body, we will move stagnant energy and release and shed the Winter skin, allowing you to bloom into your Higher Self. Transitioning to Yin, where we hold poses for 3-5 minutes, which allows the muscles, tendons and fascia to release and relax - you will be met with both resistance and relaxation. Winter into Summer. Ending your practice with a guided meditation and reflection time, you will feel renewed and ready to blossom into the new season.

Please note: this class will be HOT

Students are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat, water and towel to the class.
