About this Event
One of the most powerful ways we can support and empower ourselves is by grounding into the rhythms of the moon, sun, and stars. Creating ritual around the seasons is a way that we can live more authentically and in alignment with nature. The longest and brightest day of the year, the Summer Solstice is a time to celebrate life, love, and inspiration - and the sacred connection between Mother Earth and Father Sun. Join Abby for this special event where, together, we will honor and ally with the powerful celestial energies at play during this time.
We'll begin by grounding into the present moment, centering into ourselves, and invoking the support of our guides and ancestors through ceremony. Each person will have the opportunity to pull an Oracle Card to guide and clarify their unique intention, whether for the new season or just the Moon cycle. Then, we'll move through a fiery yoga practice that will weave together pranayama, asana, and guided visualization to empower and connect you with your heart and spirit.
Please bring your yoga mat and block, a journal and pen, and anything special or sacred that you’d like to add to our communal altar.
