About this Event

108 Sun Salutations is a time-honored tradition that symbolizes the wholeness of existence. This practice, rooted in the Vedic age, involves a series of 54 sets of 12 poses, energizing the solar plexus and embodying:

Bhakti – devotion

Seva – selfless service

Tapas – effort, heat, discipline

The number 108 holds deep significance across cultures:

Cosmic connections: Average distance between the sun, moon, and Earth is 108 times their respective diameters.

Sanskrit: 108 represents double the 54 sounds of the ancient language.

Human body: 108 out of 117 marmas (energy points) can be activated.

Embrace the light and energy of the sun with us on this powerful day. ?✨
