Welcome Summer with this soothing restorative yoga workshop with Cheryl Brown. All levels are welcome including those new to Yoga. You will indulge in a series of poses to promote relaxation and ease anxiety and stress. You will leave your mat feeling revitalized and renewed. Please bring a journal, eye pillow, and wear comfy clothes to enjoy this afternoon of serenity. This offering will be held in-studio only.
