Join us for a mental health day in the park with a workshop, picnic, and journaling.Summer Solstice : Reflections in the park. Workshop lead by Jacki Grace Elsom. Jacki will define mental health and educate how the brain works.
Come join us for a day of self-care and reflection at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site! Our event includes a mental health workshop to help you unwind and destress.
Grab your favorite snacks and a blanket (byob!) for a relaxing picnic in the park. Gratitude journals will be provided for journaling time to reflect on the summer solstice and your mental health. Water will also be provided.
