HAPPY SUMMER QI FRIENDS!Everything in the Universe is energy, and energy takes two fundamental forms: Yin and Yang. On June 21st, we will experience the Summer Solstice, when the Yang energy is strongest. In celebration of this most Sun centric time of year, we have decided to move our June 20th QiGong class outside. We will be gathering at Mount Ogden Park this time, at the base of the mountain where a confluence of energies meet. Mount Ogden Park is at 3144 Taylor Ave, Ogden, UT 84403.
Will meet just to the South of the playground/parking lot and travel upstream under the trees, near the source of water to perform QiGong for the Sun, the Fire Element and the correlating organs of the Heart and Small intestines. We will then ground and balance to harvest our creative endeavors. Please bring water and a food item you may choose to share after we are done practicing that nourishes our heart energy like fresh fruits and veggies. We will spend some time after meditating on our creative intentions in this time of Great Expansion!
A donation of $5-$15 dollars is suggested but not required. Open to the public.
