The retreat will be held in a tranquil indoor/outdoor setting, providing a perfect space for relaxation, reflection, and renewal.

10:00 AM - 10:15 AM: Welcome and Opening Circle - Intention setting
10:15 AM - 10:45 AM: Rise & Shine Yoga Session - Gentle Morning Yoga practice designed to open your heart and mind.
10:45 AM - 11:15 AM : Sun Salutation to the Chant - Variation of Surya Namaskar to the rhythm of a beautiful chant
11:15 AM - 11:45 AM : Yin Yoga - Slowing down and Grounding
11:45 AM - 12:00 PM : Rejuvenating break with Refreshments
12:00 PM - 12:45 PM: Guided meditation and Reflection - Focusing on harnessing the powerful energy of the Summer Solstice, promoting inner peace and clarity
12:45 PM - 1:00 PM: Closing Circle and Farewell - We'll seal our intentions and say farewell, carrying the energy and insights gained from the retreat into our daily lives.
