About this Event
In honor of the release of our third single “Yellow” and Summer Solstice, we are dedicating this sound bath to the Solar Plexus Chakra. Each month, we will release a new single and offer an event that coincides with one of the 7 main energy centers. Please join us in activating our strong, confident selves with a solar plexus chakra practice. This event will build on our grounding work from April and our flowing work from May by presenting additional tools to help us use the powerhouse Summertime as a self-charging station. In other words, we can learn to use the sun for nourishment as opposed to depletion. Further, we will tap into our essential manipura, or lustrous gem, that rests within us. This event will use sound to bathe us as we dive into meditative awareness of a balanced solar plexus chakra.

Breathwork, Chakra Exercises (Mudra, Mantra, Visualization, Affirmation), Guided Meditation, Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls and Modular Synth
SETUP
Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.

Whatever makes you comfortable! Cozy clothes and yoga mats are needed. Pillows and blankets are encouraged. Special trinkets or stones are welcome.
