2024 is a year of extensive Light Body upgrade.
The Solar Eclipse in April started a total energetic reboot that has been supported by enormous solar flares in May. Currently we are heading to the longest day of the year on Summer Solstice the solar gateway a special portal where we can integrate all energetic updates and expand our hearts and auric fields.
We’ll elevate the vibration of the physical body with gentle heart-opening practices and breath-work expanding the Light in the Heart along with guided meditation and grounding the energy with a Sound Bath and deep relaxation for integration.
