Kirtan is a type of mantra meditation and immersive experience combining powerful soundwaves and group singing/chanting to help individuals better connect with their inner selves. Yoga means to unite, Kirtan will help unite your mind to body and soul. The sounds and singing during a Kirtan session are an invitation to journey into a deeper state of consciousness as an opportunity to gain perspective on what's going on within you.
