Join us for a beautiful and nurturing experience at Studio 6, Unit 3, Scott Hall Mills where we will celebrate the arrival of Summer by considering journaling prompts created especially for the season. After which, we will melt into a healing and relaxing soundbath.
With our attention on the season, and all that is associated with it, this event is a unique opportunity to connect with the time of year and give yourself some powerful and restful healing for the season ahead.
This is the second of four events to mark the seasons in 2025. Come to all of them to journey through the wheel of the seasonal year, or pick and choose your favourites.
What you will need:
A journal and pen (although one can be provided if needs be)
Studio 6 is well equipped with blankets and cushions to make your session comfortable - we even have hot water bottles if the temperature requires! However, please feel free to bring any special blankets you might want, and snuggly socks are always welcome.
About the venue:
Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available outside the venue.
About Your Host:
Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Practitioner and Soul Doula who uses various modalities to help you navigate the storms of life… and death. Particularly interested in working with people as they undertake lifes many changes, Eva empowers those feeling lost to find their way.
