We are so happy to announce that we are gathering once again to celebrate the Summer Solstice, when the Sun reaches its highest and shines upon us for the longest. Using this potent energy, we will use movement, the breath, our voices and sound to shift our energy. Releasing and restoring to maximise our potential over the Summer months.We will offer yoga, pranayama, mantra, shamanic practices and a Gong-bath with flute and singing bowls. No Yoga experience is expected or necessary. We will honour our bodies and move in the way that it needs to.
Come join us for a nourishing 2 hours ending with homemade cake and tea to close.
