Summer Solstice/Full Moon Sacred Cacao Ceremony

Ceremonial Grade Cacao has been traditionally used by our Mayan ancestors in ceremony to open Hearts, enhance creativity & focus, along with other powerful healing effects. We will be drinking Ceremonial Grade Organic Cacao from Guatemala.

As the potent light of the Moon and Sun are at their peak, we will use this power along with the heart opening effects of Sacred Cacao to open us up and bring the light into our hearts, bodies, and spirits.

The intention of this ceremony is to open your heart and mind so that you can integrate into your body the profound transformation, healing, and wisdom summer is bringing forth. This ceremony is designed to help you integrate all the different aspects of yourself (mind, body, spirit) so that all of you can step into the world in alignment with your heart's prayers and intentions. So that you can bring your prayers into your physical reality.

Pearl Zayas will be your guide for the evening (see bio below).

Ceremony will include:

~ Organic, ceremonial-grade Cacao from Guatemala ~ An invocative and meditative experience to enhance the effects of this purest form of Cacao medicine.

~ Shamanic Journey ~ A guided journey to the spiritual realms to receive messages from your power animals and other helping spirits.

~ Soul Retrievals, Energetic healings & light code activations ~ Pearl will work with the light to clear away blockages and density in your system that might be holding you back and call back any remnants of your soul that are ready to reintegrate into your body. The Light will then activate your soul and any dormant Light codes that are ready to be activated to help align you with your path.

~ Breathwork ~ 40 minute guided conscious connected breathwork to receive your body's wisdom and bring the medicine, healings and activations deep into your cells.

~ Communal celebration with burning of intentions ~ to conclude ceremony (bring your own instrument if you desire).

~ One hour post ceremony integration zoom call ~ to help you integrate the transformation in every day life. Time and date TBD.

* Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure proper starting time.

To prepare for ceremony:

~ Come prepared with intentions to put on altar for what you are calling in.

~ Please refrain from eating anything heavy for three hours before ceremony.

~ Please refrain from alcohol or recreational drugs for three hour before ceremony.

~ Please dress comfortably with respect for the energies we will be working with.

What to bring:

~ Water to keep hydrated

~ Journal and pen/pencil to take notes after journey & breathwork

~ Flowers, pictures of loved ones, and/or crystals to place on altar to enhance your intentions

~ Drum or any other instrument you may have for celebration at the end (optional)

~ Eye masks to keep sun out of eyes for journeying/breathwork (Optional)

~ Sunscreen, wide brim hat, umbrella (beach or regular)…anything you feel you might need in case it’s a sunny day as we will be outside, on top of a hill. (Optional)

~ An open mind and an open heart.

Pearl Zayas (she/they) is a Holistic Minister Practitioner who brings you the healing energy of Love. Her mission is to teach others how to go within, heal from past emotional wounds, and align with their Soul.

Pearl has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and is currently attending the University of the Southwest, where she is studying to become a Certified Mental Health Counselor. Pearl is a certified Advanced Life Skills Coach and Spiritual Life Coach from Holistic Learning Center, as well as a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

In August 2021, Pearl was guided to work with the ancient and sacred powers of Cacao to help connect others to their heart space, while providing deeper healing and alignment.
