RE:TREAT at The Lowry Hotel is more than just a spa, it is a complete holistic wellness centre.
In collaboration with our spa partners and studio teachers we will be hosting a FREE Summer Solstice Outdoor Session.
The summer solstice marks the start of Summer. This is when the earth’s tilt toward the sun is at it’s maximum. This is the longest day of the year, and RE:TREAT at The Lowry Hotel are celebrating this occassion by bringing a taste of our wellness facilities to the piazza outside the hotel. We are hosting a 'free-to-attend' wellness session with vibey tunes with our resident instructors.
5 :00pm - Solstice Opening Ceremony
Meditation to close the door to the first half of the year and welcome new beginnings & intentions. Breathwork with a live DJ - a vibrant and uplifting journey using the power of our breath to release blockages & renew energy. Dance movement to shake off the dust.
5:30pm - Barre Fitness with Georgina Thompstone
An empowering and invigorating movement session combining elements of ballet, pilates & strength training choreographed to vibey music.
6 :00pm - Solstice Yoga Flow with Lisa Cormode
Celebrate the longest day of the year with our resident Studio Manager Lisa who will be leading the sun salutations and a fiery yoga flow with a live DJ
All guests must bring their own yoga mat and be registered to attend!
