Come along to this beautiful and fun Summer celebration at Bemboka.
We will welcome summer through movement (including dancing), using essential oils to let go of the unimportant and bring on positive and creative changes. It will be also be a chance to mentally get ready for the hustle of Christmas season.
This active meditation particularly suits all those people who can't sit still, allowing us to find stillness through movement. The process is done blindfolded, giving us an opportunity for a full expression, creativity and fun.
