The evening will begin with a grounding, soulful yoga practice woven together with a deeply restorative sound healing journey. Guided through immersive and transformative movement, you are invited to release, align, and connect to the rhythm of your breath surrounded by blooming lavender and the ambient sounds of nature.
As the sun begins its golden hour descent, the energy will shift from the mat to the dance floor. The reflective practice will flow seamlessly into a vibrant deep house dance party, driven by the rhythmic, mindful beats Deep House Yoga is known for. What to Expect:
• 6.00PM – Arrival & Grounding: Settle into the space, take a mindful walk through the labyrinth, and connect with the community.
• 6.30PM – Sound Healing & Yoga: A guided, immersive movement practice and restorative sound bath to align with the solstice energy.
• 7.30PM – Sunset Dance Party: The tempo rises as we transition into an ecstatic deep house celebration.
