Join me for a Summer Solstice Celebration and a deeply relaxing sound bath with Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums and gong and let the healing sounds wash over you.This is a longer event than normal - after our sound bath, weather permitting, we'll go outside to continue our celebration and enjoy a drink and a snack including elderflower, strawberries and grounding dark chocolate.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye mask, water and anything else you might need to be comfortable to lie for an hour. Please bear in mind that it’s surprising how much you cool down lying still.
What to wear: Something loose and comfortable. Gold, yellow and orange are the colours most associated with the Summer Solstice but blue for the summer sky or green for nature would also be fitting. Flowers in your hair are optional!

Parking: There is a large, free car park next to the hall.
Start time: Doors open at 3.45 pm and the sound bath will start promptly at 4 pm. No entry after 3.55 pm.
End time: about 5.30 pm.
