Lisa, founder of RASA and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, will discuss ways to support and nourish your body during the summer months, allowing yourself to flourish.
Then immerse yourself in the ancient healing arts of sound baths and Reiki energy work. As the singing bowls wrap you in therapeutic sound, the vibrations will shift your brain into the restorative theta and alpha states, typically only reached in deep meditation and sleep. Beck will then further your journey into relaxation with Reiki energy healing.?
This unique gathering is designed to help you slow down, nourish your body and spirit, and celebrate the shift into summer on the longest day of the year.
Dress in your most flowy, radiant attire—think shades of yellow, orange, gold, and white—and join us to celebrate the summer solstice in community.

Please feel free to park at any ParkMobile Meter on Maryland Ave. as well as State Circle. Download the app for free if you don't already have it!
You can also park at Gotts Garage by St. John's College. It is a 2-3 minute walk to RASA and the State House from the parking garage.
