Welcome summer with personal goals and community flow! ☀️📚🧘♀️Inspired by ancient summer solstice traditions, this workshop will feature fun and folksy activities to ring in the new season, led by HOB instructor Sam DuBois 🙏
We'll begin with a brief selection of poems and readings about solstice traditions, followed by a guided meditation to help you set a meaningful intention for the rest of the year. Following the meditation, you'll create your own incense bundle from fresh herbs and flowers, which you can take home and light anytime you'd like to reconnect with your intention. Then, seal this intention into your practice with a lively Vinyasa flow class, featuring plenty of sun salutations and a summer-inspired soundtrack. ✨️
This workshop is open to yogis at all levels, and all materials for the intention-setting practice and incense bundles will be provided. We hope to see you there! 🤍
*Incense bundles will include common herbs and wildflowers (e.g. lavender, chamomile, etc.) Please reach out if you have any allergies we should be sensitive to when sourcing these items 🌱🌬
