Join Nazli for a cacao ceremony, breathwork, and slow flow tapping into the powerful energies of the summer solstice! Through breathwork we will cleanse and open the energetic channels, and with guidance from the plant medicine Cacao combined with a fiery AND restorative slow flow we will explore our connection to intuition, personal power, and play.
This experience begins with a cacao ceremony, where you will be guided through a meditation before sipping on the delicious cacao beverage. We will then incorporate breathwork practices, some of which are stimulating to the nervous system, and it is suggested you do not eat for at least 1-2 hours before the gathering. The movement portion is an all-levels slow flow to allow the plant to move through our bodies and build heat and connection with ourselves, an extended savasana with essential oils and sound healing instruments to tap into our intuitive nature, and finishing with journaling prompts and group discussion to vocalize what came up during our personal journey!
The ceremonial grade cacao (Cacao and I) is sourced directly from a family farm in Peru by one of Nazli's closest friends who lived in Peru and got to know the family quite well. The exact blend for the beverage will be announced the day before the gathering, as each event blend is made different to tap into the specific intention of the space and attendees. Please let us know about any allergies asap to be taken into consideration.
