Under the guidance of Pastry Chef Heidi Pfister, you'll learn how to create exquisite desserts your friends and families will love. Hands-on class, not a demo. Come ready to roll up your sleeves and dig in! Sparkling beverages and light hors d'oeuvres served.

Meet Chef Heidi Pfister: Growing up in Nashville, Heidi Pfister was known for her culinary talents, baking birthday cakes for friends and preparing five-course dinners for her family. Her passion for food led her to New York City in 2000 to pursue her career as a pastry chef. While attending the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), she gained invaluable experience at some of the most sought-after dining destinations along Restaurant Row in the theater district.
After graduating, Chef Heidi honed her skills as a pastry sous chef under the legendary Alfred Portale at the iconic Gotham Bar and Grill. She then leveraged this experience to Pastry Chef, opening five restaurants across the tri-state area with Chef David Burke. She went on to work with esteemed chefs like Scott Conant (Scarpetta)and popular restaurant groups such as BLT. Chef Heidi lent her culinary expertise to dining experiences at the prestigious James Beard House and to provisions for the NYPD and FDNY first responders after 9/11.
In 2015, Chef Heidi returned to Nashville, where she served as the pastry chef at Giovanni’s and helped open Proper Bagel. Since 2017, she has been an integral member of the culinary team at G Catering, where she leads efforts to grow the pastry department.
