The NSTSWSL offers optional summer scrimmages and training sessions throughout July and August, with a roster of coaches who offer their skills and expertise to the players.Sunday Scrimmages and Tuesday Trainings are open to registered players or new players who would like to participate.
Tuesday Training Sessions are as follows and all start at 7:30 PM with the exception of the last two sessions:
July 8-29 Confederation Turf 7:30 PM
August 5-12 Sutherland 7:30 PM
August 19-26 Sutherland 9:00 PM
