Gillian @yin_skin_breathe celebrates her first year birthday taking Aerial Yoga @unitefitness_glasgow by offering a simple and playful aerial class followed by Alex @alexfraser_coaching offering a bodyweight strength to kettlebell workout to leave you feeling strong and set for the weekend.
