Lead by experienced, Breath-obsessed facilitator Lucas Lormans (100 hour Breathwork certified, working towards 200 hour Yoga certification) who loves nothing more than sharing the power of the breath.
A simple, mindful mainly lying and kneeling Hatha yoga practice (around 20mins) followed up by 35-45 mins of Hypoxic breathwork timed & guided rounds - all set to stunning world and easy-going music to make everything just that little bit better :)
All set under the trees in beautiful heritage Abberley Park.
