Summer Session: June 12 - July 31 (8 weeks): $152 for 8 weeks. Pro-rate for less than 8 weeks or come for a drop-in class to try it out for $24.Each Girl Power class is themed to be fun and educational while addressing adolescent girls' emotional needs. Breathing techniques calm and center the mind and energize the body. Poses stretch tight, fast-growing muscles, build strength and body coordination. Good posture is a direct link to a confident brain too! The classes are themed and include music, visual arts and stories for creative fun.
The girls in this group are kind and welcoming to all - connection and friendship are an important part of each class.
