85 OUTDOOR vendor spaces are available (each booth is 2-parking spaces, side by side - 18' deep by 17' wide). cost is $25 per outdoor space.
45 INDOOR vendor spaces are available (each is 10'x10') cost is $40 per indoor space
4 Food truck spots available - $100 each
******THE ONLY PLACE TO RESERVE A SPACE IS THROUGH CULPEPER COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION****** Anyone posting they have spaces for sale is NOT legitimate. Spaces are Non-transferable.
EVENT TIMELINE
7:00am-9:00am - Vendor Set-up
9:00am-1:00pm - Market Open to the public
1:00pm-3:00pm - Vendor Clean-up
Additional Notes
***Event is Rain or Shine - it will only be canceled in the case of severe weather.
***Refund requests must be made in writing before July 17th.
***Refunds will not be processed after this date.
***Booth spaces are not transferable.
***Outdoor Vendors: Must bring your own Tent & Table, etc. Tent weights are REQUIRED. No electricity available.
***Indoor Vendors: Must bring own table. One(1) chair will be provide. No electricity available.
***Selling of nicotine / Tobacco products; fire arms; alcohol; or animals is prohibited.
