Welcome to an uniquie summer edition of our sesonal retreats with South American rituals, traditions and ceremonies. This time the jungle meets the mountains, as the condor meets the eagle. The space will be held by a special guest from Brasil, Zeque Yushinkushinki (IG: zeque_amrita), who has been studying with different indigenious tribes for 10 years. The founder of these retreats, Flora Metsa Rama (IG: flowramn) will be with us too, bringing her knowledge from the Peruvian jungle and mountains. Zeque and Flora are both musicians, sound therapists and medicine brigdes. The sessions will be held in norwegian and in english. During this weekend we will be diving into rituals from the jungle and the mountains of South America, and through ancient traditions we will experience our own power and get connected to our inner master, in order to be recover having control over our own lives.

Detailed program will be sent to you after registration, with all the necessary information that you need to know about the plants, the ceremonies and the preparations. The master plant ceremonies are optional but strongly recommended.
WHERE?
We will stay in Vanvikan, in a fantastic ceremony location with large glass walls facing nature and the sea. We have a great and large kitchen and a dining room in addition with a fireplace. Outside we have nature, the forest, mountains, ceremony tent, campfire and the sea. More info coming.
FOOD
Delicious homemade vegan/vegetarian food is included at the retreat. Bring your own snacks!
SLEEP?
There are several options. There are cheap cabins/small houses and rooms for rent nearby - let us know if you would like to receive an overview of these. We can also arrange sleeping space for you in the house (dormitory-style with mattresses) for NOK 100/night. There is good bathroom/toilet capacity in the house, so this will be comfortable. You can also sleep in your tent outside in the beautiful nature.
