An introduction to Aerial Arts/Circus Arts by taking "acro to the air" on Hoops (aka Lyra) and Silks! The Good Karma Studio instructors are certified through Aerial Arts, a sister company of the highly regarded Acrobatic Arts where progressions are followed to a high standard for advancement and safety. Starting with the basics with the emphasis on safety and strength to then grow to more impressive skills!
