Join other like-minded educators in a dynamic two-day, in-person experience where you will discover Edtomorrow’s unique approach to Restorative Practices in schools.
Day 1* will focus on the community building aspects of Restorative Practices. Participants will discover how the First Five and Classroom Circles can be utilized to build authentic classroom culture and take connections to the next level!
Day 2** will focus on how Restorative Practices creates pathways to guide students towards greater accountability. Participants will revisit how to effectively utilize the connections that have been established to reduce conflict and confrontation in schools. They will be equipped with Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategies aimed at managing classroom dynamics and student behavior more effectively. The session will underscore the importance of fostering positive relationships, highlighting how they lead to greater individual and collective accountability, reduce conflict and confrontations in schools, support harm repair, and ultimately strengthen the culture and climate of a campus.
