Summer Paper Making Series

Flowers and string, random bits and bobs, whatever it is, you can probably put it in paper. Paper embedding is the art of creating texture and image by placing objects between two sheets of freshly made paper that is then pressed flat, encapsulating the object. This is a great way to merge the practical craft of papermaking with an artistic sensibility. In this workshop you will learn the basics of papermaking while also experimenting with combining different materials to create unique pieces of art.
