I will run this outdoor class for a few weeks so we can all enjoy some summer evenings together. End date is tentatively 8/15, but we'll see! This is donation based, and all are welcome - invite your people and your pets! Let's have some healthy fun this summer :).◡̈
Bring with you: yoga mat, any props (I always love using blocks!), layers as the sun sets, water, and if you'd like to bring a little snack to share afterwards!
Class will start at 5:30, if you're running late feel free to just sneak in!
