Summer - Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Vocal Toning and Magical Sound BathCome and join Louise and Sam for a magical evening in the enchanting Rownhams House for a 90 minute deep dive into self.
We will guide you through some fiery breath practices and some solstice invoking voice toning.
We shall then move our bodies in rhythm to the summer season and then lay under the evening skies as the sun is setting and louise will share some restorative yoga and Sam will conclude with a relaxing soundbath.
Raw chocolate and cinnamon tea to finish this wonderfully nourishing evening.

Please bring a yoga mat or camping mat as well as 2 x cushions/pillows and 2 x blankets to keep you cosy and warm. I would recommend wearing comfortable and cosy clothes and anything to assist you with being comfortable to hand. If you have your own yoga blocks and bolsters please bring those along too.
Please note that before booking that there are strictly no refunds or transfers available for this event. If you are unable to attend we are happy for you to sell your ticket to someone who is able to attend with prior notification.
