We are overjoyed to bring this very special offering to life this summer. Blending together two of our most beloved practices, mantra chanting and sacred sound healing, to create four powerful meditation experiences.Attend one.

Each week will take you on an exploration into distinct energy systems in the body, beginning with a group mantra practice, using our voices to create powerful vibrations within the body and mind; and then reclining and relaxing into an effortless harmonic sound experience: the yoga of deep listening. Finding stillness and receiving varying frequencies, overtones, and vibrations from quartz crystal bowls, metal Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, body harp, Native American flutes, vocals, drums, and more.
There is a container that is created when a group of people engage in these spiritual practices of mantra and deep listening together. Silent vows are made by everyone in this “container” to be open and to honor the energy in the space for everyone. In this way, the individual experience becomes a collective journey of supporting, upliftment, and unification for all.

The registration fee is $35 each. (Your registration can only be used for the date it was purchased for and is not transferrable.)
Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 each.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.
Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
