Are you ready to explore the fascinating world of henna? Join Tasnim and guest artists on journey to learn all about henna's history and culture. Discover how this ancient art has been used for centuries in different parts of the world.
We will teach you how to make henna paste from scratch, create your own cones, and master the delicate art of henna application. Gain hands-on experience crafting beautiful designs on your skin and others. We will also explore modern, experimental, and abstract designs to inspire your creations.
But that's not all! Learn how henna can be marketed as a business. Learn tips and tricks for turning your passion into a profitable venture. You will also discover how to curate an exhibition. You will learn valuable skills like considering visitor experience, accessibility, and basic DIY. You will also have the opportunity to visit a local exhibition and critique some art.
At the end of this program, you will showcase your work at our sharing day. Invite family and friends to admire your creations and share what you've learned.
