2025 award at the recent Heart & Soul Awards!
With 10yrs experience working in wellness not only in schools, but neurodiversity, child bereavement, self development charities etc - I'm very excited to bring this great opportunity not only to slow things down and spend time in a fun and quiet way with your child/young person this summer, but also learn some self regulation tips together.
In the session, we will move from high energy down to calm quiet energy finishing with a family relaxation - a great addition/activity to your summer holidays in preparation for returning to school (if they attend), to start implementing some strategies early.
I've managed to source the most amazing venue for this session - the very special Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport, Dyce!
The session is designed for a parent with a child (primary or secondary age) - should you wish to add an adult or a child to this combo, purchase the ADD A CHILD or ADD AN ADULT (£4 and £6 respectively) and build your family session to fit your particular family on that day.
I do look to run another of these sessions on Sunday 17th August 11-12.15, just before the return to school, if applicable.
