Welcome in Summer with a beautifully crafted afternoon of nourishment.
About this Event
Summer represents a time of being in action, getting things done and also enjoying more time outside. The time of the year when the heat and light is at its peak! We can harness this energy to call in our dreams & desires.
At this event, we'll drink cacao (pure chocolate made into a drink or you can have tea if you prefer), and enjoy some gentle grounding breathwork to connect with ourselves and nature more deeply.
You'll be led through a nourishing guided (journey) meditation before gently transitioning into some restorative yin yoga. Continuing the theme of nourishment, where we'll rest in passive poses for around 3 minutes at a time, to allow the body and nervous system to soften and rest.
The event will conclude with a deeply restorative yoga nidra (guided 'conscious sleep' meditation), leading into a sound bath where crystal singing bowls and other carefully chosen percussion instruments will further support you into a dreamy, relaxed state.
A thoughtfully curated playlist, as well as silence and aroma (essential oils & herb/wood smokes) will be thoughtfully woven in throughout.
Exchange is £33 (plus allevents fee).
