Listen to the tunes of the iconic Billy Peek as he and his band perform at a free concert at Grant's Farm. Billy Peek is an accomplished rock and blues musician who formerly played lead guitar for Rod Stewart and recorded and toured with Stewart as well as Chuck Berry.
According to his website Billy's repertoire includes 50’s Chuck Berry and Ike and Tina Turner style rock and roll music along with Albert King Elmore James and B.B. King style blues. He's an electrifying entertainer whose lead guitar work can be heard on 5 chart topping Rod Stewart albums.
The performance is part of the Grant's Farm Summer Nights concert series in which the Farm stays open on Fridays and Saturdays until 9 p.m. Special food and beer pairings are available for purchase, and admission is free. Parking passes can be purchased in advance and at a discount by visiting GrantsFarm.com.
The park has gone cashless this year. Guests can use debit and credit cards to purchase food merchandise and snacks to feed the animals. Fun Passes can be purchased online in advance at a discount. Each pass includes a carousel ride, frozen treat and two animal feedings.
The park entrance and parking lot are on Grant Road near Gravois in South St. Louis County.
