Join us for nature, movement, minduflness and community. Meet every Wednesday for a walk at The Highlands. During the walk, you'll be guided through interval movements followed by some mindful time in nature. ALL are welcome
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Wear clothes you're comfortable moving in.
