Give your child a summer filled with creativity, calm, and connection! Our popular Summer Mindfulness Camp returns to The Art Exchange CIC at Westgate Studios, offering a welcoming and serene environment for young minds to explore.
Designed for 5-13 year olds, our camp days are thoughtfully crafted to blend the joy of art with the benefits of mindfulness, helping children express themselves, build confidence, and find inner calm.
What to Expect on Our Mindful Art Adventures:
- Creative Exploration: Dive into a world of multimedia art and craft, experimenting with various materials and techniques to unleash their imagination.
- Gentle Movement: Discover the benefits of basic yoga sessions, promoting body awareness and relaxation in a fun, accessible way.
- Reflective Journaling: Engage in journaling activities to encourage self-expression and emotional awareness in a supportive space.
- Fun & Learning: Enjoy engaging arts quizzes with prizes, sparking curiosity and celebrating new knowledge.
- Friendship Building: Foster positive connections and build new friendships in a kind and inclusive atmosphere.

We are committed to providing a welcoming and calm environment where every child feels comfortable and supported. Our staff are fully trained in safeguarding and DBS checked, ensuring a safe and nurturing experience for all participants. If your child has specific needs or if there's anything we can do to make their experience more comfortable, please don't hesitate to reach out to us when booking – we're here to help!
Practical Details:
- Times: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Earlier drop-offs and later pick-ups are available for an additional cost - please enquire when booking).
- Lunch: Please bring your own packed lunch.
- Pricing:
- Full Day: £28
- Half Day: £15
- Book 3 days or more to receive a reduction to just £25 per day!
