Starting Monday - Friday 05/06/24 to 05/17/24 at 06:30 AM EST, this boot camp is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
During this 10-day immersive experience, you will be guided through various meditation techniques (5), mindfulness practices (5), breathing exercises (3), and short yoga pose sequences (3); to establish a successful meditation practice.
