Performance A is the Middle School Jazz Band conducted by John Hill.
Performers must arrive by 5:30pm.
Tickets are $20 + Eventbrite fee. Performing students do NOT purchase tickets.
Aretha's Jazz Cafe is at Music Hall (350 Madison St. Detroit MI)
There is a connected parking lot which is free to park. If space runs out, please opt to park in Gem Theater garage across Madison. The entrance is on Brush St. It is around $10 to park. I would NOT recommend to park in the lot across Brush St. on Madison.
There will be drinks and food of all kind available during the performance.
Students can leave instruments in the Green Room upon arrival.
We will probably sell out. There is limited seating. If anyone wants to walk in and purchase tickets at the door, the cost is $25. We encourage people to buy tickets.
Students, make sure to bring your music, instrument, and wear appropriate attire. There will be a drum set available, a piano, and amps. There will also be music stands and a P.A.
Tickets will go on sale at 5pm, Monday, July 8.
