As we move clockwise from the direction of the East, we come to the Southern Quarter in the upcoming summer months. This is where the creation symbolizes our passion, energy, spark of life as well as connects the body and mind.Molly will guide you through the art of well-being by discussing whole body wellness from a 360 lens. We will focus on areas in our life that need attention and how to create a better understanding of what it means to live fully in our bodies and love ourselves daily. She will then take you through a morning yoga practice to awaken to the energy of the season ahead.
Deb will use a variety of sound healing techniques to ground the body to prepare for the heat of the summer months along with situationally engaging the body in sound vibration. We will end with a meditation to calm the mind.
