Summer Holiday Club 2024 - The Bridge Church

Hello! We can't wait to welcome your child to the Bridge Church Holiday Club 2024!

Monday 22nd - Wednesday 24th July, 10am - 12.30pm each day. (The club is designed for children to attend all three days for continuity of fun! However, you are welcome to book individual days if your availability, or availability of tickets, doesn't allow them to attend all three days!)

Open to children aged 5- 11 years old, and it's totally free of charge!

Please note, booking is required and places are limited. Please book one form per child so that we can accurately capture any needs and medical requirements, thank you.

FAQs....

• Tickets and waiting lists: PLEASE COMPLETE ONE BOOKING FORM CHILD- booking a ticket for them for all of the days you wish them to attend (i.e. Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday). We'd love to see them for all 3 days, but understand that diaries over the summer are busy! We will be operating a waiting list when the main tickets have 'sold out'. We will be in contact with you should any spaces become available for this waiting list. If you can no longer attend once booked, please let us know so that we can make the space available to another child- thank you.
  

• Health, safety & safeguarding: This Holiday Club is run by DBS checked volunteers from The Bridge Church Pontprennau with a Safeguarding Officer and First Aider on staff. Each child will be allocated to an age appropriate team with staff leaders who will look out for their wellbeing and safety. If you have any questions, please do get in touch.
  

• Anything you'd like us to know about your child?: During the ticket booking process you'll be able to tell us anything you'd like us to know about your child- such as allergies, additional needs or anything else we should know to help them enjoy the club! Please be sure to leave your contact details, and if we have any questions about their attendance or how we can help your child to have the best time possible, we'll get in touch - or feel free to contact us to chat!
  

• Please bring/ wear: Wear clothes and shoes suitable to play games and do crafts etc. Drinks and a snack will be provided, but please do bring a drinks bottle if it is very warm to ensure they have what they'd like to drink.
  

• Parents/ guardians: We will be operating a 'drop-off and pick up' system at the start and end of the sessions. Due to safeguarding, parents won't be able to attend the sessions themselves unless by prior arrangement (because of a safety issue for the child for example). However, we totally understand if you'd like to stay near by, so parents and younger siblings are welcome to stay on site and join us for a coffee/ play! Please do speak to us if you have any concerns or questions.
