Join Theresa in Lion's Park on the Southeast Corner (Central and 8th Ave) for a 45-minute Vinyasa FriYay Flow and then walk, skip or bike over to Central Cafe for Happy Hour where you will receive buy 1 get 1 50% off of your libation of choice.
Our yoga flow will begin at 3:15 and happy hour will begin at 4:00.

Please bring a yoga mat and dress for the outdoors.
