Summer HAF sessions Terms & Conditions – 2022
Your child must live in and be fully resident in the Northwich area with a CW8 or CW9 postcode to apply.
Your child needs to be in a registered Primary School to attend. Ages 4 - 11 yrs only. These schools will ideally be in the Northwich area but can be within the CWAC area as long as they live in the area, as listed above. The sessions are aimed at 4-11yrs but we will accept older siblings who would like to attend with them aged 12-14 yrs. They must also live in the CW8/CW9 area and attend a CWAC High School.
You will need to book 1 ticket per child, per day/session.
You need to register all details as requested within this form. Following GDPR regulations, this information will be used by Local Government securely as part of their process to generate statistics, costs and analysis for future funding. All children's details will be put into a register and sent securely by RWT to the local authority CWAC, who will check that all details are correct.
If you do not agree to share your details with us, then unfortunately your child cannot attend.
The packed lunch provided has been standardised due to the large numbers attending the session. Unfortunately, this may mean that it may not be suitable for your child due to allergies or intolerances. Therefore, in these cases, we advise that you bring your own lunch for your own child's safety.
You will need to stay with your child and fully supervise them at all times during these sessions. They are not a drop off and go session.
Photographs will be taken during the activity days and some may be shared on our social media. Please notify staff on each registration day, if you do not want your child to have their photograph taken.
RWT reserves the right to cancel your ticket should you not meet the necessary terms and conditions or we are informed of the misuse of booking this activity. Cancellations may also occur on future bookings if you book places and continually fail to turn up on the day.
